Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy 說明

Set mail destination for my domain in another GoDaddy account

If your domain name's in another GoDaddy account, you need to update your DNS settings. You'll need to add and update your TXT, CNAME, MX, and SRV records to point your domain name’s email to Microsoft 365.

Required: Before you can find the values for each record in your Email & Office Dashboard, you need to verify your domain ownership.

Step 1: Find your DNS records

  1. Sign in to your Email & Office Dashboard (use your GoDaddy username and password).
  2. At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see a banner saying your email can't receive mail yet. To see your DNS records, select Help me fix this.
select help me fix this in the banner on dashboard

Step 2: Add and update your DNS records

  1. Sign in to your other GoDaddy account's Domain Control Center.
  2. Select your domain name.
  3. Scroll down to the Additional Settings section, and then select Manage DNS.
  4. Under DNS Records, select Add. Add the following records:
    • TXT Record: Select TXT as the Type, and then enter the details from your Email & Office Dashboard. Select Add Record.
    • CNAME Records: Select CNAME as the Type, and then enter the details from your Email & Office Dashboard. Select Add Record.
    • MX Records: Select MX as the Type, and then enter the details from your Email & Office Dashboard. Select Add Record.
    • SRV Records: Select SRV as the Type, and then enter the details from your Email & Office Dashboard. Select Add Record.

To verify your new DNS settings, sign in to your account, and then select I updated these settings. Check, please!. When your Microsoft 365 address is ready to go, we'll send you an email. DNS changes could take up to 48 hours to start displaying on the Internet, but will normally be faster.
